products from our OEM suppliers (BROTHER®, CANON®, DELL®,
EPSON®, HEWLETT-PACKARD®, IBM®, LEXMARK®, MINOLTA®,
NEC®, OKIDATA®, PANASONIC®, RICOH®, SAMSUNG®, SHARP®
and TOSHIBA®) can be returned for a full exchange or refund merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipment delivery date (date delivery is made by shipping company based on tracking number history) for an exchange or full refund by calling
Customer Service at (800) 886-8770. Certain terms and qualifications
apply. Please contact Customer Service for details.
Defective products for return must also contain a sample copy of a page printed using the defective item.
Products purchased as a result of customer error may be returned with return shipping costs at the purchaser's expense.
Products must be in original OEM packaging and cannot be returned after package has been opened.
