  OEM Products
 

OEM products from our OEM suppliers (BROTHER®, CANON®, DELL®, EPSON®, HEWLETT-PACKARD®, IBM®, LEXMARK®, MINOLTA®, NEC®, OKIDATA®, PANASONIC®, RICOH®, SAMSUNG®, SHARP® and TOSHIBA®) can be returned for a full exchange or refund merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipment delivery date (date delivery is made by shipping company based on tracking number history) for an exchange or full refund by calling Customer Service at (800) 886-8770. Certain terms and qualifications apply. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Defective products for return must also contain a sample copy of a page printed using the defective item.

Products purchased as a result of customer error may be returned with return shipping costs at the purchaser's expense.

Products must be in original OEM packaging and cannot be returned after package has been opened.

OEM products from XEROX® must be returned for a full exchange or refund by calling XEROX® at 1-800-835-6100.

TraditionInk.com reserves the right to change this return policy without notice. Additionally, TraditionInk.com will report all intentional fraudulant activities.

Compatible and remanufactured ink supplies from our suppliers (COLOR IMAGING®, DATAPRODUCTS®, IMAGE EXCELLENCE®, INNOVERA®, IMAGE TECHNOLOGIES®, LASER IMAGING®, MEDIA SCIENCES®, MSE®, PREMIER®, and PREMIUM IMAGING® can be returned for a full exchange or refund merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipment delivery date (date delivery is made by shipping company based on tracking number history) for an exchange or full refund by calling Customer Service at (800) 886-8770.
